Kent provide a minimum of 12 months standard warranty on all POS systems sold. We Offer Maintenance and Support Services that may be additional cost/service to the Standard Warranty– any such arrangement will be offered and/or refused in writing during the Sales process.

We offer a comprehensive maintenance scheme to protect your software and hardware investment and to minimize downtime so as to improve productivity.

 Standard Warranty does not include Travel

KentPOS Software is supplied as a "Service", and there is a minimum fee per annum to allow continued software development and evolution of the product. A client that is more than 2 years behind in software versions will not be supported and must upgrade to current version.

What is SAAS - Software as a Service
 Instead of having to pay a large upfront fee for software, KentPOS™ is offered as a low weekly subscription fee, but, unlike a mobile phone contract, there is no fixed-term commitment and Clients can therefore cancel the subscription any time without penalty. KentPOS™ as a SaaS also includes free continuous software upgrades and standard business support as part of the package (Premium support extra). Additional training, retraining and after hours service is available as an extra on prepaid care plans if required.
