When you need some extra service work just use our services by the hour. Your hours are valid for the life of your system, and may be used on multiple projects. We will endeavour to complete your job in the time allocated / estimated. If the job or request can not be completed within this time frame, we will advise you and provide you with the option of further hours / units.

We provide premium technical support via remote access, email and phone. Responses to Premium Support clients are given priority over standard support queries and are guaranteed within one business day.

The KentPOS support team work around the clock to provide the best service available. We understand that your business may not work from 9 to 5 and neither do we!

KentPOS offer all clients the option of business hours support and 24/7 Premium Support. Our support lines are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. It doesn't matter when you call us – our dedicated staff are always available.

We will offer technical and remedial support after hours, but not training or back office type issues. The majority of the issues encountered are easily fixed remotely or by simple trouble shooting over the phone. In order to provide support all customers are assisted with connecting their POS to the internet.

This will ensure that Your KentPOS System receives the highest level in customer support as well as overnight data backups. We take pride in our commitment to our clients and will never leave you hanging no matter what time of day or night, understanding you have your own business to run.
